Here is what you need in your emergency kit.
Your name and phone number
local emergency numbers for mental health
national emergency numbers and crisis line (988)
YOUR Doctor, Therapist, or Clinics daytime AND after-hours numbers
YOUR family or friend that you would want to be contacted, name and phone numbers
The hospital you wish to go to, if not decided, emergency personnel will pick the closest one.
A list of every medication that you take (even vitamins)
A list of everything you are allergic to (even food)
State if you use alcohol or any recreational drugs

This list is a lifesaver! Literary. I always keep this list in my bag because I have had a crisis outside my house. If a stranger calls for help for you, they might not even know your name. How would an EMS person know that you are on medications?
