So let me share some of my favorite lines from this interview:

“No matter what you’re dealing with, you can powerfully deal with it and get over it and find ways that work for you. No matter what it is, you have to find a way that works for you. And if you do that, you’ll find success. You’ll find happiness, and you’ll find peace of mind.” – John Callas

“If you’re grieving, by all means, grieve, get it out as much as you need to talk about it, but also understand that the person that left you wants you to have a better life and wants you to live. They don’t want you in the grave with them. So you have to find ways to solace yourself.”
– John Callas

“It’s healthy to start laughing again.”

-John Callas

“Everybody grieves in different way. Some people may be faster, some people may be slower, some people may be crying, some people become angry.

Remember, the trauma recovery process begins with recognizing a range of feelings. It may include anger, sadness, fear and other emotions. These are normal reactions to traumatic events. The goal is for you to find a way to move beyond them so that you can take control of your life again.

So today, what are you going to choose? are you going to make the best out of the opportunity of life? or are you going to stay stuck with past trauma or past difficulties?

The choice is yours!

It may be hard, but you can make it!
