About our guest:
Becca Rich is a former engineer turned holistic time coach. She is also a speaker and educator and a full time digital nomad. She helps business owners and professionals grow from overwhelm and never enough time to be to a joyful, spacious and successful life.

Becca’s Story
Becca grew up in a hustle culture. Because her father was an entrepreneur, she was constantly surrounded by the mindset of “go, go, go” and putting work first.

When she became an engineer, she hit rock bottom when she burned out and ended up in the hospital due to neglecting her health and prioritizing work. This experience led her to explore different modalities and tools to slow down, be present and breathe.

She became a yoga teacher and Reiki healer, and started her first business by doing yoga retreats, and having private yoga and Reiki clients. Through working with her clients, she realized that many of them felt guilty when taking time for themselves and struggled to slow down due to the massive to-do lists and responsibilities they had.

When Becca started putting herself first, her work and other responsibilities fell into place. She became a holistic coach and time management consultant, combining her backgrounds to offer her clients sustainable time management strategies that prioritize self-care.

She has been doing this work for three years and continues to help others make the internal shift to prioritize themselves and their time.

In this episode of Happy and Healthy Mind with Dr. Rozina, Becca shared tips on how she was able to:
