We’re in the midst of a global mental health crisis, and mental health services are incredibly difficult to access. In fact, 70% of people with mental health struggles receive no treatment.

At Spring Health, our mission is to eliminate every barrier to mental healthcare, and we are excited to announce that we’ve expanded our localized access to the Spring Health platform and digital tools across web and mobile.

Our latest update to the Spring Health mobile app achieves parity with our best-in-class global web experience.

Employees and their families in 40+ countries can now access Spring Health Global on web and mobile in 22 different languages. Spring Health Global includes our digital assessment, multilingual Care Navigators, and direct scheduling with licensed, in-country therapists.

Moments, now available in Spanish

We’re also excited to share that Moments—our on-demand, digital library of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques and evidence-based exercises—has been expanded to be available globally on web and mobile app in English and Spanish, the world’s second-most spoken native language.

Spanish-speaking members can now tap in anywhere, any time to get immediate relief from pressing concerns and build long-term skills for mental wellness. Moments includes exercises on building relationships, combating depression, managing anxiety, tackling eating issues, and more.

At Spring Health, we are committed to continuing to expand our precision mental healthcare approach globally and investing in more ways to achieve localized and culturally-relevant care, everywhere. In the meantime, our global partnerships help us unlock access to a spectrum of localized support in 200+ countries.

If Spring Health is your organization’s mental health benefits provider, your team members can simply update their Spring Health app for these latest updates.
